Things they don't tell u at Clinic

The Public Health Inspector and I enter a yard with 5 different families. We start questioning one family and i notice a lady bathing her baby in a basin. I notice how gently she holds the baby, supporting the baby's neck all throughout the bath and I am actually impressed as she clearly is a young mother. Then the lady takes the child out and holds the child by the arms and start shaking her out. PHI says calmly "No Mommy, don't hold the child like that." Then the lady calmy turns the child over, now holding her by her legs and does the same. She holds one leg then the other and the child now looks to me like a raw chicken being seasoned. It was so unreal I stood there with my mouth wide open and my eyes popping out of my head. PHI again calmly says "No don't do that, you can hurt your baby." I want to scream at her "ARE YOU CRAZY!!!!" She then says she is simply stretching the baby. What the..."stretching the baby?"
"Dem seh is dat i mus do so dat di baby grow." God tell u seh him need help to do him work?? Simply because i was in shock i didn't grab the dangling child from her, because at that moment i forgot where i was and how quickly i would be killed for touching a child without permission. Thank God PHI was there, "Do you know that you could give your baby brain damage that way, you are not even supposed to shake the child like your friend is doing over there to that other child" he says pointing to a young boy playing with a baby. I'm frozen. Still not believing what i just witnessed. A man in the yard laughs at me, and asks if its the first i was seeing that. "Yes!" i screamed and then realised how loud i actually was and tried to calm down. The man says "No man normal ting dat, she nah drop di baby, jus making sure the baby grow widout all the crease dem." At this statement, the PHI notices that i am about to go berserk and puts his arm around me and says, "Come Sim, that is enough for you, let's go." What the hell is going on??? Maybe this can explain what happens when i see them at the CXC level. They are all messed up in the head because they were stretched!
