Mixed feelings

I'm not quite sure how i am supposed to react to this thing.
On one hand they are BEATING a human being.
On the other, the man goes out of his way to dress like this in broad daylight in JAMAICA; what was he expecting, an award for bravery??
Well, if they think they are gonna wear the masses down by behaving like this in public, i predict a lot more beatings in the near future. SAD
