I am in shock!
Dear Miss (insert colour of your choice),
We are pleased to inform you that you have been offered a place to read for your MB BS degree at the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus.
Something like that it said. Wish i had it in front of me but i am at work and i thought the ppl in my blog world would like to know.
Part of me still waiting for the bomb to drop... We're sorry, we made a mistake...but it can't be, they had my prison, oops, i mean, ID number on the letter.
Opened the letter Monday night btw.
Wasn't thinking clearly yesterday. (hence the post, that last line actually represented how jumbled my mind was)
Still hesitant to tell ppl.
Anyways, as i have said, "Not my will but thine".
This means WORK! :S
I have been sitting down for a year doing basically nothing...at least nothing school work related... studying, reading textbooks...those things have cobwebs all over them i'm sure.
But when all my fears and anxieties fade away there is one thing that will always remain...Hebrews 13:5...my favourite verse.

Speak with Nikki about the pre-clin aspect.... dos and don'ts. Don't try to buy every book on the list. You can't possibly read them all. Also you know too many ppl in med to buy all your books. Borrow some and check the notice boards from now for ppl selling theirs because they hate med and dropping out.... kidding.... not really; cause they gone back home and can't carry them with them.
